Changes at Addington Road surgery

In September the Addington Road Surgery is moving to a Triage System for appointment booking. This will be implemented through Accurx Patient Triage. This provides a much fairer, efficient allocation
of resources and smoothes out demand (no more 08:00 rush).

The surgery recognises the requirement for flexibility in meeting the needs of all patients.
Requests for appointments can be made

  • Online via the surgery website
  • Online via the NHS App
  • By phoning the surgery on 020 8462 5771
  • By walking into the surgery to book an appointment with the receptionist

Addington Road surgery strongly recommends the NHS App, it offers many
features including:

  • Viewing and managing appointments
  • Accessing medical records and test results
  • Ordering repeat prescriptions
  • Receiving health advice and information

The surgery also invites you to attend one of their workshops designed to explain the NHS App and Accurx Patient Triage. These informal sessions are intended to help you.

The next sessions will be held at 10am to 11am, and 5pm to 6pm at Addington Road Surgery on:

  • 23 August
  • 6 September
  • 20 September

There’s no need to book, just turn up to the surgery at 77 Addington Road and speak to the receptionist.
