Safety, the law and planning

Hayes and Coney Hall Safer Neighbourhood Scheme (Met Police)

Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team (SNT) is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area (or ‘ward’), supported by additional officers from the wider area. They work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide policing priorities for the area.

Bromley Neighbourhood Watch

ll members of Bromley Neighbourhood Watch are volunteers.  Working with neighbours, Police and Bromley Council, they encourage people to be vigilant (not nosey) and, by sharing crime prevention tips, alert to crime. Together with a bit of “watching each other’s backs”, they aim to help reduce crime where we live.

Reporting a problem in Bromley’s streets or parks

If you spot a physical problem that needs to be fixed, for example, fly-tipping, graffiti, or road safety issues, report it to Bromley Council.

Planning

The Bromley Planning website is where you can search for local planning applications, or submit one of your own.
